"So, what can I say? National Home Buyers….were fantastic, yes, they made a good chunk of money on my house but you know what? They dug me out of a hole where I had given up hope of anything good happening. From start to finish they were very helpful, I must say though that Laura […]"

"We were really pleased with the service we received and it did exactly as it said on the tin. Dad is now out of hospital and has cash in the bank, which has meant he can see his Grandchildren enjoy their inheritance."

House Haunted by a Poltergeist Listed on Rightmove

This is an ideal opportunity for those seeking a flatmate with a ‘difference’. Potential tenants will have to share this house in Liverpool with a poltergeist who has tormented previous inhabitants.

The Liverpool Echo is reporting that a house has been listed on Rightmove despite the fact that it is currently being inhabited by a rather pugnacious poltergeist. The ghoul, who has managed to develop a reputation for making tenant’s lives a misery, is believed to have been squatting in the property since the 1800’s.

The end of terrace property is situated in Pickwick Street, Toxteth, Liverpool and potential tenants will need to know ‘no-fear’ if they are to even get through a viewing of the property.

The property is owned by the social housing group, Plus Dane, who has confirmed that the first reports of spooky activity were made back in 2008.

The property is currently listed on the market for £91 per week and comes complete with its very own ‘violent spirit’ that once lifted a previous tenant out of her bed.

Local paranormal expert Tom Slemen remarked that the ghoul, known as the Pickwick Poltergeist, was first reported over 130 years ago.

He said: “There have been stories about a very unusual poltergeist on Pickwick Street that dates back to the 1880s at least” the poltergeist is also unusual due to the fact that it seems to hop between various properties in the street.

He further remarked: A landlady connected to the letting of Number 69, a Mrs. Euphemia Nimlock, was also lifted out of her bed by the same violent spirit and another neighbour, Ismael Jones (Number 70) was under the impression the house was going to collapse because of vibrations.”

The listing on Rightmove describes the property as: “3 bedroom terraced house in a popular location off Park Road, close to the Tesco Superstore. It has two singles and one double bedroom, rear yard, upstairs bathroom and two living rooms.”

It then adds: “Please note previous tenants have advised us that they have experienced paranormal activity at the property.”

You would think that no one on this earth would ever be interested in this haunted property. Would you even consider buying this house? We would just like to clarify that due to the fact that National Homebuyers buy any house in Liverpool and the rest of the UK, we would certainly make an offer and use our sell house fast service and tackle this ghoul ourselves!
