Our approach to Covid-19

In response to the Coronavirus pandemic, please rest assure that National Homebuyers are still open for business and we are making every effort to keep our customers plans on track. We will do what we can to uphold our high levels of service over the coming weeks and making sure we still provide offers to our customers as normal. We would like to inform you that at this present stage National Homebuyers office will be kept open as long as possible, whilst we await news from the Government on any further advice. We are putting measures in place to ensure that all phone calls and emails will be received and responded to promptly, as normal. As far as possible, business will continue as usual. Even if we are forced to shut our offices we will be operating the business remotely maintaining all forms of communication with our clients. Our flexible plan will evolve to ensure we continue to operate with as little disruption as possible.
